077 Why My Sales Suck
And I just figured out today why I’m not getting more sales or my sales suck. Again, it keeps coming back to sales. This is the second or third video I’ve done on this.
And how I was just realizing this is that Sunday, yesterday, I had sat down and looked at my calendar, looked at my CRM, saw the activities that I needed to do for the week and I thought, oh, this is good. I’ve got a plan. Actually, I look out for 2 weeks.
And then, I thought, oh, I’m not looking at my CRM because I haven’t really touched it in the last quite a few months. Again, I’ve been really lazy and lacking on this and you know, not getting people into the list.
Really my list to follow up and make sure that I’m not losing track because of what’s happening. I’m putting people in my calendar and if I skip them or things get busy, I’m not carrying, carrying that calendar item over to the next week and I’m losing opportunities and losing those relationships and I’ve just been freaking lazy, and it’s just it’s disappointing myself, you know.
It’s a journey.
So, anyway, we will get the CRM updated. And I also moved to a different CRM. I actually moved from Agile to ClickUp. So, I’m using the ClickUp CRM and I don’t even have it configured. How crappy is that? Yeah. There we go. Focus… where my action is happening is where my results are.
