From management at a Fortune 100 company to partner in a multi-million dollar firm, to building her own multi-six figure coaching and consulting business, Alex knows what does (and does not) motivate employers and employees. Her work helps organizations to harness the power of a positive work culture that increases engagement, productivity, and performance in the workplace. In her free time, Alex enjoys Bikram yoga, aerial silks, and hiking with her husband and two golden retrievers.

Amervis Lopez-Cobb

Amervis Lopez-Cobb, MBA, PMP is the CEO & Founder of Amervis & Associates 
She started her career as a call center representative and worked her way through Corporate America to Vice President. She has 20+ years of management and leadership experience at major corporations such as Prudential, MGM Resorts International, and International Game Technology, where she led global teams. She is passionate about empowering others to own their greatness and secure a seat at the table. She is also an advocate for diversity and inclusion in tech. When she is not enjoying quality time with friends and family, she is reading, sharing lessons learned on her blogs and authoring her first book, one in a series of many aimed at helping others navigate personal growth.  

Krista Crotty

Prosperity Expert

Krista Crotty is a recovering engineer, wine lover and perpetual entrepreneur. At the age of 6, she started her first “business” decorating and selling pencils to fellow students. Over the years, she has honed her consulting and leadership skills in a variety of industries. Now, as the founder of Prosperity Uncorked, Krista uses her years of experience to help business owners design, build, and grow their business. Outside of her business activities, Krista loves racing cars, quilting, traveling and spend time with family: her husband Chris and daughter Kaelyn.

Kim D. Snyder

Business Strategy Expert

Kim D. Snyder is a Business Growth Strategist.  She spent 20+ years consulting for Fortune 500 companies on business growth, strategy, and transformation. She now works with corporations on growth strategies for change, emerging leaders, women leadership, change, and collaboration. This information is delivered in keynotes, breakouts, training, and facilitation. She is the founder of Online Marketing In A Box since 2010 where they work with business owners to grow their brand and business. When Kim isn’t recording her podcast, she is spending time with her husband Rob or having fun in the sun. Formerly from San Diego, this Las Vegas resident enjoys, walking, painting and cooking. Adriana Rosales

Adriana Rosales is a United States Air Force veteran and a former executive in three Fortune 500 companies. She is the founder of Adriana & Company™ LLC a training and professional development company. As an executive educator and coach, she helps transform a new generation of strong leaders through high-level group coaching seminars using HeartMath® tools and John Maxwell Curriculum along with her own proprietary Corporate Code of Honor Certifications. Her book “Corporate Code™” Bridging the Gap between Boss and employee is a key component of her yearlong coaching programs. She currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada with her husband and two boys and on her time free time she recites poetry and is also a published poet.

The venue is about 10 miles East of the Las Vegas strip.

There are other off strip options available, and those are provided below as guidelines. There are no room blocks for this event.

Transportation &  Taxis

The venue is about 9 miles from McCarran International airport.

Most major rental car vendors are available.

Las Vegas has Lyft and Uber available for transportation options. These tend to be more readily available, and there are also the taxi cab options as well.

No, enlightened men in support of women are welcome

What can I bring a laptop to the event?

Yes, as long as you have battery life. There will not be any power outlets supplied.
