Tools For Effective Business Communication
I was trying to coordinate a time with a business friend to catch up. We were trying to figure out the best tool to communicate. She shared she preferred any method but a zoom video call, she is not the only one that is “zoomed out“.
I have heard similar responses from corporate leaders and business owners. I realized the issue was not video conferencing, but the step before the meeting – the purpose for the meeting. The right communication tools are the best way to keep your teams from frustration, low productivity and low engagement.
