Revenue Stream Update and Future Ideas

I wanted to share where I am at with revenue streams. There have been some changes to existing products. The book and course are close to finishing up current quarter projects. And I will share some ideas I am considering for the next quarter.

My Current Revenue Streams

On the new site, I am keeping my one-on-one year-long coaching, the strategic roadmap coaching. I am adding the training component into the membership portal and available for this small group.

I have removed a lower price point coaching that was one on one (and a 3-month minimum). That is no longer available. That is now represented in the membership site as individual chat specifically for the person and group coaching and training.

I’ve also added a lower price point to the membership that has only training. I am thrilled because I can reach some folks that I wasn’t able to reach before. And get that knowledge that they need with more “how to”. The YouTube videos, my podcasts and guest podcasts and speaking are usually free and are the “what to do”. What I’ve also rolled into this level is the mastermind in a less formal and structured format.

There will be a mastermind, but it will have a different format. And for a 90-day window, or sprint. Focusing singularly on one goal. This format is producing more accomplished even with the one goal.

What I’m finishing up this quarter is the Speak for Leads online course and book. I am on track to complete the course and book by the end of this month. I expect the book to go to the publisher early next month.

On a side note, the course and book are one revenue stream because they really feed each other. From an effort standpoint, it is more work. Here, there is so a close tie to the work between the two, it makes sense to think of one.

My Future Revenue Streams

For the future, what I’m thinking about for the next quarter are a couple of areas.

The area that I’m currently leaning towards leadership training for the corporate market. I see a need for my business owner clients now. I already know that a need exists in the corporate world.

Also, what I don’t see a lot of in the corporate world is training on other areas of business, being business savvy and the digital components. Those are the areas that are more prevalent in the online entrepreneur world. I discovered this combination with the mastermind and bringing those two audiences together. The synergy that happens between those two groups is magic.

Other areas that I’m looking at are:

Updating the book that I have jointly done with somebody and we already have an existing course. It’s not enough work to do singularly, so may work on it on the side when have time.

There are a couple of other ventures that are not related to this specific business. I mentioned them on our earlier podcast, such as a local business or a joint venture.

I am still weighing my options on what I want to do for the last quarter of the year. Seasonal behavior is a consideration too.

The goal is to minimize my risk between these revenue streams (and maybe businesses)

That’s where I’m currently at and I would be curious to see what your portfolio looks like.

Where are you getting your revenue?

What are your revenue streams look like?

And questions you have for me?
